Chevy Chase at Home’s Own Irene Hoskins to Speak on International Aging Issues
Ever wonder what other countries are doing about their aging populations? You’ll get some interesting answers at the June 5th M&M when Irene Hoskins, a Chevy Chase At Home Board member and expert on global aging issues, will discuss “How Other Nations Deal with Their Aging Populations.
Irene has been involved with aging issues since the 1980‘s, working with both AARP and the World Health Organization, and has contributed to many UN-based initiatives on aging. She has served as President of the International Federation on Aging since 2006, and throughout her career she has been a speaker at numerous international conferences. Please join us for this informative presentation. Tuesday, June 5th from 2 to 4 pm at the Chevy Chase Village Hall.
