Dr. Alexandre Kalache, former director of the Program on Aging at the World Health Organization (WHO), will speak at the April 16 Meet & Mingle. The topic affects everyone in our neighborhood: “From a Good Idea to a Global Phenomenon: making communities more age friendly.” Join us for this important event on Tuesday, the16th, from 2-4 PM at the Chevy Chase Village Hall, to learn ways in which the County can be made a better place for residents of all ages.
Could a medical misadventures happen to you? Sue Bogner, PhD, author of Misadventures in Healthcare, will give you “Practical Advice on Preventing Medical Errors“ at the April 2 Meet & Mingle, from 2-4 PM at the Chevy Chase Village Hall.
Join the Brunch Bunch from 10-11:30 AM Thursday, April 11, at the Olympia Cafe in the Brookville Shopping Center. Buy breakfast or a sinful treat, pull up a chair, and talk about anything that’s on your mind.
