Candidates for RCA Board of Directors

At the annual meeting this Wednesday, the membership will vote for four candidates to RCA’s Board of Directors, for four seats on the board. Directors serve three-year terms. The following individuals are seeking election or re-election to the board:

Stuart Carragher is a native Londoner who moved across the pond 10 years ago following a girl who now happens to be his wife. After 8 years in Downtown DC, Stuart and family craved a larger community, which they have now found in Rollingwood. He and his wife, Wendi, and son live on Bybrook Lane. Stuart is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker.

Jenny Dowling has lived in Rollingwood since 2013.  Though currently a stay-at-home mother, Jenny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who worked for many years as a therapist and social advocate in Baltimore City. She volunteers locally at Rosemary Hills Elementary School and the Manna Food Center. She is delighted to reside in the neighborhood and is invested in preserving and enhancing the beauty, vitality and social connectedness of the Rollingwood Community. Jenny has served on the Rollingwood Board since 2014 and currently holds the position of Board Secretary. She also serves on the Halloween Party, Block Party, Annual Picnic, and Rock Creek Cleanup committees.

Molly Mullally is a 21 year resident of Rollingwood.  She lives on Woodbine Street with her husband, John, three sons, and Beagle, Winnie.  She and John ran the Rollingwood Halloween Party for many years when their kids were young.  Molly is a real estate agent with Wydler Brothers.

Judy O’Grady has lived in the Washington area since graduating from college and moved to Rollingwood in 2013 with her husband and two children.  She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Maryland. Judy is an attorney at Pepper Hamilton where she represents pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in products liability actions and counsels clients regarding compliance with FDA regulations, the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, and healthcare laws. Judy has volunteered with the National Association of the Deaf Law Center and DC public schools.  She has also represented pro bono clients in a variety of matters, including family, immigration, housing, and criminal matters.  Judy has served on RCA’s Halloween party planning committee.  She and her family love living in Rollingwood and she enjoys the opportunity to serve the RCA community.
