Our Chevy Chase Community
The Rollingwood Citizens Association (RCA) serves the people of Rollingwood, Chevy Chase — a community of over 800 homes in eastern Chevy Chase, Maryland. Rollingwood is nestled along Rock Creek and Washington, DC’s northwest boundary. Our mission is to serve our neighbors through advocacy, information sharing, and programs that promote community spirit. Read more here.

Board of Directors
LESLIE MILANO - President
Leslie Milano has lived in Rollingwood since 2015 with her husband, Glenn, children Vivienne and George, and dog Zoey. She is the CEO of a public health consulting firm focused on infection prevention and control where she oversees 30 staff and 350 consultants.
Leslie has been actively involved in Montgomery County for years and currently serves as the Precinct Chair for the Rollingwood voting precinct. Previously, she served as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Human Rights Commission. She is a former president of the Montgomery County Women's Democratic Club, a former board member of Committee for Montgomery, and a former president of the Chevy Chase Elementary School PTA. She loves living in Rollingwood and enjoys creating opportunities to build community.
Judy O’Grady - Vice President
Judy O’Grady has lived in the Washington area since graduating from college and moved to Rollingwood in 2013 with her husband and two children. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Maryland. Judy is an attorney at Pepper Hamilton where she represents pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in products liability actions and counsels clients regarding compliance with FDA regulations, the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, and healthcare laws. Judy has volunteered with the National Association of the Deaf Law Center and DC public schools. She has also represented pro bono clients in a variety of matters, including family, immigration, housing, and criminal matters. Judy has served on RCA’s Halloween party planning committee. She and her family love living in Rollingwood and she enjoys the opportunity to serve the RCA community.
Mike Hottel, Treasurer
Mike has lived in Rollingwood since 2010 and has been a member of the Board for 3 years. He is a CPA and is a partner in a national accounting firm. Mike and his wife Lauren have three children, attending Chevy Chase Elementary, Rosemary Hills Primary and the Outdoor Nursery School. Mike coaches a number of his children’s sports team and is very focused on maintaining a great community for his neighbors and family.
