David Putnam

David has lived with his wife, Shirley, on Pomander Lane since 1995. He has been on the RCA Board since 1996 and has served as Treasurer for many of those years. Coming to Chevy Chase from 16 years in small town Stowe, VT, David recognizes the value of local community. It is all too easy in our hectic suburban lives to not know our neighbors. David believes RCA provides the primary vehicle in the Rollingwood area for neighbors to connect, join together in activities, and build a sense of small town community. David’s background includes law and finance. (Term through May 2022)
