Issue with Chevy Chase Lake Plan - Utilities originally supposed to be buried, not happening

The Montgomery County Council approved the Chevy Chase Lake sector plan in 2013.  The plan mandated burying of wires to allow planting large shade trees. The planning board in 2017 gave a developer a waiver of burying the wires. The planning board can correct this oversight on July 23rd when the developer comes back for approval of some tweaks. If you agree that the wires should be buried at the developer's expense, read the staff report for the July 23rd public hearing and consider writing to the planning board.
