The Chevy Chase Lake sector plan mandated burying of wires to allow planting large shade trees however the planning board in 2017 gave a developer a waiver of burying the wires. The planning board can correct this oversight on July 23rd when the developer comes back for approval of some tweaks but your involvement is needed.
